• Telephone internally connected with external access dial “O”
• Room for additional personal furniture such as desk, television, computer and a small display cabinet
• 24 hour Carer on duty  and resident nurse call pendants
• Automatic lighting when night calls are made by residents
• Emergency call system in all bedrooms and bathrooms
• Overhead track for mobility/transfer needs
• Sliding door to courtyard with pergola

Doran House

Doran House rooms offer the same features as resident rooms in Flottman house with the additional security required for residents with dementia or other high care needs. They also feature:

• 24 hour Carer
• Keypad security entry and exit to Doran House
• Secure resident garden especially for Doran House residents
• Breakfast in Doran House, lunch and evening meal in the Flottman House Dining Room

Doran House residents are accompanied to use the Flottman House communal lounge and activities rooms.
